When a merchant connects with Aperia’s Compliance Center and support team, the merchant is the sole focus of that team member (the system does not allow them to take multiple calls and chats). Their highly trained team member will walk through the SAQ step by step with merchants, provide clarification where needed and direct them to or provide them with the resources they need to complete their assessment (policy templates, etc.). All scanning inquiries are directed to our dedicated ASV help desk which is staffed by PCI SSC certified ASV engineers. They walk merchants through their scan results and will assist in documenting any exception requests (false positives/compensating controls). In addition, they can guide them through the remediation process and provide clarification regarding remediation instructions contained within the ASV report.
