NPS believes that educated Sales Professionals are unquestionably better compensated. A Sales Professional who is able to understand this industry and its many solutions will consult more effectively, sign larger deals, retain higher margins and produce clean, precise applications while creating a seamless transition for the merchant during the conversion process.

NPS Sales Professionals have seen unprecedented growth by following a simple selling process. Our IMPACT! Live! training classes are presented via live webinar on a monthly basis. Previously recorded classes and other material are available on our website. These trainings should not be confused with entry level training, but rather be seen as providing a better understanding on how to improve the quality and profitability of your portfolio.

Agent Notification System

A unique automated reporting system that emails both the Sales Professional and the Regional Manager within 2 minutes of any call by one of their merchants into our Help Desk or Customer Service team. The report includes an overview of what the call was about as well as a 'notes history' of the account. Staying informed about merchant’s activity allows Sales Professionals to provide better service, which results in higher retention rates.

Residual ReportS

Residual Reporting provides processing volumes, total income (which matches what the merchant is billed on their monthly statement), total expense, total profit, % equity (of the sales person) and residual amount for each merchant account. It also includes all residual revenue sources from Value Added Services or Third Party items (such as American Express and Discover).

Profitability DetailS

Sales Professionals have access to complete billing and profitability data for each merchant account via Residual Reporting. This report includes all monthly processing volumes, interchange qualification data, rates and fees that were billed to the merchant, total income on the account (amount billed to the merchant), detailed expenses and the total profit earned. This allows Sales Professionals to monitor the processing activity of each account, thus making it simple to evaluate the profitability and interchange qualifications of a merchant.

Free Website & Marketing Support

As a Sales Professional of NPS, you will be able to customize and use a professionally designed, industry compliant website that illustrates all of our merchant services. NPS will set up a subdomain site, host and maintain the website for you free of charge. In addition, you will have full access to our marketing material library and be able to add your contact information to everything from brochures to sales slicks.

Transaction Manager Reporting

Nationwide offers on-line transaction reporting for all merchants via our secure merchant web site, www.NationwidePaymentSolutions.com. This feature offers detailed transaction reporting, next business day interchange qualification data, truncated card numbers, authorization data and processing volumes. The report allows the merchant to sort the data by batch AND terminal number, allowing the capability to track reporting for each individual terminal the merchant uses.

Recurring Payments

Recurring ACH billing is essential for merchants who have a monthly membership fee, subscription plans, or set up payment plans for past due customers. This valuable service takes the labor out of processing these charges manually every month. In one minute hundreds of clients' credit cards can be charged within the terms of their individual payment plans. By maintaining cardholder data on our secure servers we comply with mandatory CISP regulations.

One of the toughest challenges facing our industry is merchant and agent retention. We are proud of the fact that both our agent and merchant retention rates are well above industry standards.

This is attributed to our policy of sharing information between sales people and staff. Our agents have access to complete billing and profitability data for every account, including every interchange qualification level. NPS offers virtual terminal solutions so our merchants can harness the power and speed of the internet; processing transactions over their PC's without the need of a costly POS system or a terminal.

Shopping Cart Options
The shopping carts that are used on websites are not directly integrated into all gateways. By offering 2 gateways, we are again assured of being able to service the greatest number of shopping carts.

Credit & Debit Card Processing

NPS offers processing for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. As well as PIN-based debit cards.

Short-term Capital Financing

NPS is able to offer short-term capital funding to businesses's as an alternative to bank funding. The merchant is provided working capital advances secured by a portion of future credit card receivables.

American Express / Diners Club Sign ups

NPS makes it easy to sign up merchants with American Express, and Diners Club. Our new merchant application simply allows a merchant to check a box to apply for each additional card type. Each new activation allows sales people to earn sign up commissions and potential residuals.

American Express Acceptance Commissions:
With every new American Express merchant account, Nationwide is paid between $10-$75. The amount depends on the current monthly activation rate determined by American Express. Each sales person shares in this revenue stream just like residuals.

NPS is able to offer conventional and wireless point-of-sale terminal solutions to meet any businesses needs. Agents are able to provide merchants with both purchasing and financing options for all equipment.
